Forged Construction and Bolted Bonnet

Design Feature

Offered in both Screwed End and Butt Weld End, ensuring superior strength

Constructed with seamless, heavy-schedule pipe for enhanced durability

Coated with CoCr alloy and finished with a lapped surface for extended lifespan

A single-piece forged bonnet with a stuffing box for packings

Tongue and groove joint between the body and cylinder, and cylinder and bonnet

Guarantees perfect sealing at joints

Bellow is welded to the bonnet at the top and to the valve stem at the bottom, preventing media entry

Mounted on a sleeve to convert rotary movement to axial movement of the stem, minimizing torsion on the bellow

Features a primary bellow seal and a secondary backseat stuffing box seal to ensure zero leakage

Equipped with a thrust bearing for easy operation

Available in SS 316Ti, Hastelloy C276, or Inconel 625, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications
