Forged Construction and Bolted Bonnet
Design Feature

Fabricated with seamless heavy schedule pipe for enhanced strength.
Hard faced with CoCr alloy and lapped finish for extended life.
Single piece forged bonnet with stuffing box for packings.
T&G joint between body to cylinder and cylinder to bonnet.
Guarantees perfect sealing at joints.
Bellow top welded to bonnet and bottom to valve stem to prevent media entry.
Mounted on a sleeve to convert rotary movement to axial movement of the stem, minimizing torsion on the bellow.
Bellow as the primary seal and backseat stuffing box as the secondary seal for zero leakage.
Supported by thrust bearing for ease of operation.
Available in SS 316Ti, Hastelloy C276, or Inconel 625, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications
